The program is organized into three distinct tiers based on your funding stage:

What Credits Cover: Credits apply to usage-based products across compute, AI, and storage, including:
- Compute: Cloudflare Workers, Workers for Platforms, Durable Objects, and Workflows.
- AI Compute: Workers AI inference (capped at $2,500 for Tier 3, $10,000 for Tier 2, and $50,000 for Tier 1).
- Storage & Databases: Workers KV, D1 SQL, Queues, Vectorize, and R2 Object Storage (capped at $10,000).
- Delivery: Cloudflare Pages, Images, Stream, Cache Reserve, and Argo Smart Routing.
Included at Zero Cost (All Tiers):
- 3 Enterprise zone upgrades with 100% SLA.
- Unlimited Pro and Business zone upgrades.
- Enterprise WAF (up to 1,000 custom rules), Advanced DDoS mitigation, Bot Management, and Page Shield.
- Global Anycast CDN, DNS, and Load Balancing (2 origins).
