IMAP, POP, and ActiveSync are excluded, and Zoho’s help center describes the Free plan as web-only access. The main catch is regional availability: Zoho says the Free plan is offered only in selected data centers. Zoho’s current pricing page also states that adding a sixth user moves all users onto a paid plan.
